Our story

Contraxify was borne from SaaS e-Contracts LLC, and is the brain-child of Alison McDonnell. After working in the legal field for over 15 years, with over 10 years’ experience in field of contract law, she knew that there had to be a better way for companies to efficiently, and quickly move a contract from the initial stages to close.
